About Nicole Daedone

Founded in 2004 by Orgasmic Meditation (OM) pioneer Nicole Daedone, OneTaste Incorporated provides an opportunity for couples to learn OM, improving the female sexual experience and bolstering their relationships through increased physical and nonphysical intimacy. Daedone created OneTaste as a means of introducing OM, a yoga-like practice, to a larger audience through personal training sessions, group retreats, and online media such as video streaming. Beyond heightening a woman's orgasm through a 15-minute OM session, Nicole Daedone cites other numerous benefits of the practice, from improved energy and stress levels to enhanced confidence. New York Times bestselling author Timothy Ferriss, who wrote The 4-Hour Body, recommends the practice of OM as "required education for every man on the planet."

Nicole Daedone further explains the concept and practice of OM in her first book, Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm. Released in 2011, Slow Sex serves as a handbook for couples wanting to reap the benefits of OM, as thousands already have. In it, Daedone provides 3 simple steps to a "whole new orgasm," a 10-day starter program, secrets about the opposite sex for both genders, and exercises for implementing "slow sex" and OM concepts in oral sex and intercourse.

Before launching her entrepreneurial pursuits, Nicole Daedone completed her undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University after initially attending Temple University in Philadelphia. Daedone graduated magna cum laude in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Gender Communication. In addition to her business venture and writing, she enjoys practicing yoga.
